RULES OF THE GAME.

WE WORK HARD

Very hard. Of those who have passed the test, interview and the probationary period (from one to three months), not more than a third of applicants will stay to work. But after a year they become real monsters.

We don’t have any democracy, but there is no boss. The only hierarchy present in the studio is professional.

CORRESPONDENCE POLICY

To start a conversation, you need to tell us about yourself and your achievements. It's true that we can't reply to everyone - we will only contact those whose proposals we are really interested in.

We do not and will not have a salary for a person who will spend all day answering Thank you, but you're not right for us. So if there is no answer, there won't be one. If we answer, it will become clear what to do next.

JOB CHANGERS

We value consistency and responsibility. We, therefore, expect candidates who decide to write to us will complete all cases with the previous employer. The same deliberate approach to changing jobs is subsequently expected from the studio staff.

WHO WE WANT TO WORK WITH

We are hiring a personality, not a profession. A standard resume - the hallmark of a professional job seeker - will be ignored. We are used to receiving letters written specifically for us, not sent to thirty addresses at once.

We are interested in working with those who are able to recognise their choice. It makes no sense to build a better future for a month or a year. You need to come to us for a long time - from our side there are all conditions for this.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to do your job better than others.
  • Ability to take responsibility for team’s output.
  • Ability to ask questions and provide answers.
  • Respect for others and their feelings.
  • Become part of the solution.
  • No moonlighting.

We have the same requirements for an ordinary employee who performs crucial packaging tasks as other companies have for the chairman of the board of directors.
