Q: How can I place an order?
Find an item of your desire, select size, color and push the “Add to cart” button. To review, click on the cart’s link on top right of the page. You can add further items to your order or remove them from the cart. Click on “Checkout” to complete.
Q: I have just placed an order, what is next?
We start processing it immediately. Please let us at least two days for the item(s) to be crafted, packed up and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.
In case, you have made a mistake with your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once the items are shipped, we are not able to change the address.
Q: How do I proceed with payment?
Orders are charged in EUR (€) and processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. It offers the latest SSL encryption technology in combination with PCI level 1 Certificate.
All Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club cards are accepted. If you prefer to pay via PayPal, please email us. We are currently working on PayPal integration in our Checkout system.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, orders ship from Berlin, Germany via Deutsche Post International or DHL Premium International. Choose preferred shipping method at checkout.
Please note that we do our best to pass your items to you as quick as possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that may occur with customs.

Q: Is the package insured?
Items are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once they are delivered, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Q: Do I have to pay tax or import fees?
By default, items are priced in net amount. There is additional 19% VAT added at checkout within EU countries. For all other destinations, VAT is not included, but you may have to pay import fees. For precise information about the costs involved, please contact your local government or post office.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
