Keep in mind the collars are made of vegetable tanned leather, which is not penetrated with any chemicals. It is dyed using only natural tannins and develops a beautiful patina with time and usage. Therefore, we advice your furry mermaids and aqua-dogs not to swim wearing the collar.

You certainly don't go into the water with your high-quality leather shoes. This rule should apply to your furry friend as well.
